Inspection Capital™ reserves the right to change and/or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time for any reason. Price Match Guarantee
Inspection Capital™ will match any price for a home inspection in Florida if prospective client/client shows proof to the inspector at the time of the inspection of a lower price offered by a competing inspection company in Florida. To qualify for a price match the proof must be in the form of an official proposal given to the prospective client/client directly from the competing inspection company in Florida, with no more than (14) fourteen days passing from the date the proposal was given to the prospective client/client. The final decision for the price match is at the discretion of the inspector at the time of the inspection.
Client For Life Guarantee
Our Clients are the most important part of Inspection Capital™ which is why we stand by our Client For Life Guarantee. We are here for you any time but we are still all human at Inspection Capital™, so understand that we can't always answer the phone as quickly as we would like if we simply are not able to right away while inspecting a property, but we will always reach back out as soon as possible. We offer our Clients many ways to reach out to us to hopefully be able to help you in any way possible. Most answers can be easily found on our website. Due to the amount of bad actors on the internet we ask that Clients texting us will please include their full name and address inspected by Inspection Capital™ and we may ask for verification as well. We ask all clients and first time clients to schedule their inspections online quickly and easily.
Offers & Promotions
Inspection Capital™ honors all official active offers & promotions offered at any time by Inspection Capital™ but for the protection of our hard working inspectors working with Inspection Capital™ , Inspection Capital™ reserves the right to change or modify any current/active or future offer or promotion that may be offered at any time and for any reason whatsoever.
Services Offered Through Third Party
Some services offered by Inspection Capital™ , including but not limited to mold inspections, may be offered through an unaffiliated third party company or through an affiliated third party company. Either way if a third party is used in anyway for the transaction it will be disclosed either verbally and/or through a written notice to the client.
